The El Paso County Commissioners Court meets on Mondays at 9:30 AM Mountain time at the El Paso County Courthouse, 500 E San Antonio Ave, 3rd floor. Sessions alternate between Resolutions and Business agendas and routinely run 5–8 hours. Special meetings and budget hearings are scheduled as needed.
Meeting agendas, minutes, and packets are available on the PrimeGov public portal at epcounty.primegov.com/public/portal and through OpenTexas meeting pages.
Live and archived Commissioners Court meetings are streamed on the El Paso County Commissioners Court YouTube channel. The county's Live Video page at epcounty.com/727/Live-Video also provides streaming links.
