The El Paso County Commissioners Court meets on Mondays at 9:30 AM Mountain time at the El Paso County Courthouse, 500 E San Antonio Ave, 3rd floor. Sessions alternate between Resolutions and Business agendas and routinely run 5–8 hours. Special meetings and budget hearings are scheduled as needed.

Live and archived Commissioners Court meetings are streamed on the El Paso County Commissioners Court YouTube channel. The county's Live Video page at epcounty.com/727/Live-Video also provides streaming links.
Public comment is accepted during Commissioners Court sessions. The county also accepts public input via a Microsoft Forms link available on the Public Meetings page at epcounty.com/1089/Public-Meetings.
